Refund Policy

If you decide to withdraw from your membership within 14 days of applying, you are eligible for a full refund. If you withdraw between 15 and 21 days, you will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, if you wait 30 days or more, no refund will be issued.

Returns Policy

If you choose to leave our organization, we kindly ask that you return your vest and any items bearing the organization’s logo or information, such as membership cards. The vest will be passed on to the next member, and your membership ID will be securely destroyed. After this process, your personal data will be permanently removed from our database.
